7.(a) Compare and give reasons for the below mentioned literacy rate in the selected states of India.               (Marks:4)

(b) Ram, Shyam and Mohan own stock in their company in the ratio 4:5:6 . If the total value of the stock is Rs. 45,000. What value of stock would Mohan need to give Ram for all three to own the stock equally?                 (Marks:3)

(c) A total of 600 copies were sold. 55% were sold at 45% discount, 20% were sold at 25% discount and the remainder were sold at the full price of Rs. 9.95. What was the total revenue in Rupees?                       (Marks:3)
